PESHAWAR:
Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani after chairing a meeting of the
federal cabinet said that consultations were ongoing with partners about
future relations with US and Nato.
The prime minister further said that the policy will be in line with national aspirations.
Gilani told reporters during a news conference that the reason behind calling the cabinet meeting in Peshawar was to get information pertaining to problems being faced in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The prime minister added that the government would not hold dialogue with those who do not relinquish their arms.
“We will not make any deals on the country’s sovereignty” Gilani said.
